LANGTANG-GOSAIKUNDA-HELAMBU TREK

The Langtang valley is one of the most beautiful in Nepal. Its range of mountains, the Langtang Lirung is spectacular. And its rhododendron and fir forest is beautiful. The next valley is higher and sites the sacred lakes of which Gosaikunda is the scarcest. It is also the transit point into the region of Helambu with its staunch Buddhist culture, a landscape dotted with Chorten, Mani walls and a flutter myriad prayer flags. In the lower regions, the Somber Buddhist culture gives way to the colorful hues of the tropics as you enter Katmandu valley through predominantly Hindu village.

Day 01 – Arrive Katmandu airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight hotel.
Day 02 – Sightseeing tours of the Namo Buddha temple. Trek briefing in the evening. Overnight hotel.
Day 03 – Drive to Dhunche. Commence 16 days trek.
Day 18 – End trek at Sundarijal and drive to Katmandu. Overnight hotel.
Day 19 – Full day at leisure. Farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight hotel.
Day 20 – Transfer to the airport for departure to your home destination.
