GHOREPANI AND GHANDRUNG

This excellent treks on the foothill of Annapurna offers one of the most spectacular views of Annapurna massif (8,091 m),Dhaulagiri (8,167 m) and a closer look at Gurung and Magar people, who contributed most to the famous Gurkha army. A side trip to Punhill (3,193 m) is the highlight of this area.

SIKLIS TREK

In this trek we will start from Pokhara up towards Siklis (6,000 ft.), the largest Gurung village in the region. From ridge-top above the village, we will witness the remarkable views of the Lamjung Himal (22,740 ft.). It offers you ample opportunity to understand the culture of the world-renowned Gurkha soldiers and outstanding mountain views.

LAMJUNG TREK

We will drive you to the beautiful Pokhara to start out treks. This treks is through Gurkha, traverse high below the South Peak of Annapurna and Lamjung, ascend to the peak of Rambrong and ends at the road head of Besisahar. It is also the starting point for longer treks around the Annapurna massif.

ANNAPURNA CERCUIT

The first part of the trek follows the Marshyangdi valley up to the Manang village. We progress up towards Marshyangdi, until turning to the west to a gorge, which opens out into more alpine scenery, and we can see the full glaze of the northern side of the Annapurna. Buddhist and Tibetan influence now becomes more apparent, prayers wheels and Chorten are common and the occasional monasteries. We have a day to explore and acclimatize before trekking through the Thorong La pass, which takes us across into the Kali Gandaki valley. Lastly, the walk descends through a great Rhododendron forest with fine views of Dhaulagiri (8,167 meter) and Annapurna (8091 meter). This is a classic trek in Nepal, taking almost full circuit of the Annapurna range through virtually every type of scenery that Nepal has to offer.

This is a highly praised and spectacular trekking, which brings you to the base camp of Annapurna South. The route provides an interesting contrast from low land to the outstanding high mountains with breath taking views of Annapurna range. Though this trek is not very difficult, it involves several ascending and descending. The fantastic panoramic views of Annapurna (8,091 meter), Dhaulagiri (8,167 meter) and other Himalayan range are unmatchable.

JOMSOM/MUKTINTH TREK -DEEPEST GORGE

The flight to Jomsom is quite spectacular since the plane flies between the massifs of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South to get into the narrow Jomsom Valley. This route leads to Mustang culture of Kagbeni up through Jharkot and to the shrine at Muktinath, then retraces through Jomsom and the Thakali countryside to Tatopani. Then passes through Magar and Gurung countryside to end the trek at Pokhara.
